We jealously guard the secret of Talisman, our pinnacle wine. The grape varietals which contribute to Talisman remain a secret and have never been disclosed outside Crossroads Winery.  Each member of our team is sworn to keep the varietals that make up Talisman confidential.

 

Our winemaker blends each of the secret varietals each vintage, varying the composition depending on the quality of the grapes grown that year. Our passion is to craft a perfectly balanced wine using select parcels that may differ in proportion from vintage to vintage. This enables us to ensure that in Talisman, the sum is always greater than the parts.

 

A Talisman is an object imbued with powers of protection and good fortune, which is certainly appropriate, as this mystical blend of classic red grape varieties wine has been awarded many accolades since its debut vintage in 1994.
