Winemaking is both art and science. Just like an artist, we begin by visualising the wine – a spicy Gewurztraminer, an elegant Chardonnay, or an unctuous Syrah. Our viticultural team deliver superb, ripe fruit, packed with flavour and we begin to craft the wine we saw in our mind’s eye. |
